Core Principles

No refined sugar, white flour, or alcohol. Emphasise non-starchy vegetables, quality protein, fermented foods (kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi), coconut oil, and garlic.

Sample Day

breakfast

Eggs cooked in coconut oil with sauteed greens and sauerkraut

lunch

Grilled chicken or fish with large mixed salad, olive oil dressing, handful of nuts

dinner

Stir-fry with vegetables, garlic, ginger, and protein in coconut oil. Cauliflower rice.

snack

Plain kefir (homemade), or celery with almond butter

Evidence Base

Low-moderate for strict sugar elimination. Strong for fermented food improving microbiome diversity (Wastyk Cell 2021).

Important: This Is Not a Diet

Strict phase: 4-8 weeks. Then gradual reintroduction. The goal is to break the yeast cycle, not permanent restriction.
